As a valued member of Innovations, we’re dedicated to making your financial life easier and safer. A couple of the ways we achieve this is with Online Banking and Bill Pay. When you use these convenient services, they help protect you from identity fraud and theft. In fact, studies show that when you keep track of your financial accounts online, this early detection helps minimize the chance of ID fraud and theft.

Rest assured that we’ll continue to offer products and solutions that you can use to increase the security of your finances. Our newest online services will improve the security of your accounts and simplify your financial life. Our Notify Me feature will send up-to-the-minute account activity that may be of interest to you via email or SMS text alerts. Just go to the “User Services” tab in the Online Banking section and set up your “Notify Me” services located under User Preferences.

Alerts can be sent to your email or mobile phone to notify you when:

• A message is sent to your Online Banking inbox.
• Your account is overdrawn.
• Your balance is above and/or below a designated dollar amount.
• Specific check numbers are paid.
• A deposit posts.
• Any transaction above a designated amount (ex. Withdrawal over $500) occurs.

There’s more. We have also upgraded our security monitoring solution to include Dual Authentication. That means that you may be required to correctly answer your security question before gaining access to Online Banking, or you can request a one-time security code to be sent to your email address. Once you receive the security code, you have to enter this code to gain access to Online Banking.
