Springing for Seniors Annual Drive.
We have teamed up with the Junior League of Panama City for the past four years in a row, and we couldn’t be prouder of the results. Many thanks to those of you who volunteered your time and energies into making sure that seniors in need at the Bay County Council on Aging received toiletries, blankest, slippers, food and money.
An even bigger thanks goes out to everyone who contributed to this great cause. Through your generous donations, we were able to brighten the lives of so many people who need assistance. THANK YOU!

The grand opening for our new Callaway branch will take place on Thursday, June 21st at 4:00 p.m. Join us for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and this celebration of another Innovations milestone.
However, the branch is already open, so be sure to stop by 123 N. Tyndall Parkway in Panama City and take a tour of the new facility. The new branch will provide additional services such as a drive-thru, drive-up ATM, and safe deposit boxes—all in a larger, more comfortable space.

Looking ahead to 2018.
Our Annual Meeting was held on Tuesday, March 20th at our Thomas Drive branch. We were so happy to welcome our members who attended. Congratulations to the members of the Board of Directors who have agreed to serve another term: Rob Fernandez, Chairman; Trevor Walls, Secretary; Anita Broughton, Director; Nancy Luther, Director; and Kristopher McLane, Director.
We also unveiled the "James R. Kott Memorial Board of Directors Room" located at the Thomas Drive branch, to honor our long-serving chairman who passed away last May.
We want to thank everyone who attended this year's Annual Meeting.

Activating your new EMV chip card.
Have you received your new EMV Chip Debit Card from Innovations? Even if your debit card without the chip hasn't expired, please activate it as soon as possible and begin using your new EMV Chip Debit Card immediately.
EMV chip technology has proven to be safer for our members as the embedded microprocessor chips store and protect cardholder data which in turn helps prevent fraud.
Your new Innovations EMV Chip Debit Card will have the same number as your current debit card, but it will have a new expiration date and a new CVV number (located on the back of the card).
To activate your Innovations debit card, simply call the phone number that is listed on the sticker placed on the front of your new EMV chip card or activate it online at ActivateMyCards.com.
Fraudulent debit card transactions are expensive and time consuming for everyone involved. Please understand it is extremely important that your new Innovations EMV Chip Debit Card is activated. If you have any questions, please call us at 850.249.0497.
Important Notice regarding Direct Deposits, Account and Loan Transfers.
Please be advised that Innovations will be upgrading the core processing system to better serve our members. This system processing change is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 23, 2018, and it could affect the timing of direct deposits scheduled to credit Innovations accounts, including government benefit payments, and Social Security deposits.
For example, if your direct deposit is normally scheduled to be deposited on a Monday, it is currently credited to your Innovations account on Friday evening. With the system processing change your direct deposit will now credit your account on the Sunday evening preceding the scheduled Monday direct deposit.
Also, please note that all scheduled account and loan transfers will occur over the weekend instead of the following Monday.
