Chris Berry, the manager of our Harrison Avenue branch and Tricia Cottle, the manager of our Callaway branch, recently completed the FiCEP program. Both are now Certified Credit Union Financial Counselors (CCUFC). The Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) provides credit union employees with the skills and knowledge needed to assist credit union members by making smart financial decisions. Certified Financial Counselors are highly trained to help you in a variety of areas, such as credit card management; navigating medical debt; financing higher education; avoiding identity theft and more.

New Bill Pay Features: External Account Transfers.
You can now transfer money from your Innovations account to your account at another financial institution using the Account to Account (A2A) feature within Online Banking and the Mobile Banking app.
Account to Account (A2A)—a Bill Pay feature that allows members to transfer from their Innovations account to an external account* at another financial institution. This feature is titled "Transfer Between My Accounts" within the "I want to" tab in Bill Pay.
Recently we added two new features to our Bill Pay service: Person to Person (P2P) payments and eBill.
Pay a Person (P2P)—allows members to send funds to anyone using their cell phone or email address.
- Same day transfer and the recipient has 10 days to accept the funds.
- $500 daily limit
eBill—centralized bill payment management. It’s a one stop shop for payment history, statements, and bill details such as due dates, balances, account status, and notification reminders to ensure timely payments.
All of these new features will give you the flexibility and convenience to transfer money and pay bills at your fingertips.

*Please allow 1-2 business days for the transfer to be completed. There is a $2,500 transfer limit.

Gulf Coast State College began their scholarship program in the 1970s with just a couple of awards. Today, they offer more than 700 opportunities and their Foundation provided more than $1 million in scholarship assistance in 2021 and 2022. Innovations is proud to help provide this amazing opportunity for students to continue their studies.
We recently made a donation to support The Gulf Coast Guarantee Program that assists all high school students graduating from the GCSC service district with their tuition and fees.

Community Collaboration
Innovations recently partnered with OneBlood to help collect blood donations that are desperately needed right here in Bay County. Through those efforts a total of 45 whole blood units were collected. This is a precious resource that will go a long way to helping members of our community who now have a better chance of survival.
Remember, each donation can save up to three lives, which means the donations we brought in can benefit as many as 135 patients with lifesaving assistance. Many thanks to all who donated. We look forward to sponsoring more life-saving drives and initiatives in the future.
