  • Enhanced Security: Your security is our top priority. With our new updates, you will benefit from enhanced security measures, including improved authentication methods and advanced encryption.
  • Modern Design: Get ready for a sleek, modern interface. Our new look and feel are designed to provide a more enjoyable and intuitive banking experience across all your devices.
  • For Online Banking Users: If you have saved the current URL for Online Banking on your computer, it will no longer work after the upgrade takes place on April 9th. Simply visit InnovationsFCU.org and click the Online Banking button to access your account via desktop computer. You will need to add the new URL to your “Favorites”.
  • For Mobile Banking App Users:
    • Ensure your device meets the minimum operating system requirements:
      • Android OS version 9.0 or higher for Android devices
      • iOS version 15.5 or higher for iPhone and iPad users.
    • Due to security enhancements, saved passwords will be disabled. You may continue to enter your password or set up Face / Fingerprint Authentication in “Settings” for a speedy login.
    • The Innovations Mobile Banking App will automatically update on April 9th if you have enabled automatic updates on your phone. If this feature is not enabled, please visit the app store to update the Innovations app manually.
    • Apple Watch users: The Innovations Mobile Banking app on the Apple Watch will not be available after April 9th. Don’t worry, you will have this option back as soon as possible.
  • For Online & Mobile Banking App Users:
    • One-Time PIN (OTP) Delivery: We’re improving our OTP delivery method. OTPs will no longer have the “Email” option. If you don’t have a mobile phone number listed on your account for codes to be sent via text, we will now send OTP codes via voicemail to your registered phone number. You can add a mobile phone number by selecting Contact Information when you are logged into your account.
    • Username Changes: You will need to contact Innovations to change your username after April 9th. This option will not be available after the update due to advanced security measures.
  • Email Address Requirement: For improved communication and security, all user accounts must have an email address. You can easily add or review your email address by selecting Contact Information when you are logged into your account.
    • After the upgrade, if you have logged into your account using Online or Mobile Banking within the last 6 months, your email address will not require verification.
    • If it’s been more than 6 months since your last login, your email address will need to be verified upon initial login as part of our enhanced security features. Please contact our Electronic Services department at ElectronicServices@InnovationsFCU.org or 850.249.0497 for assistance.
