All Team Member contributions up to 5% are matched by Innovations FCU and the Credit Union also contributes a discretionary 10% profit sharing no matter what percentage the Team Member contributes.

  • Life and AD&D Insurance Coverage: Innovations FCU pays 100% of the cost for an insurance benefit that is 2X the Team Members annual salary

  • Aflac: Team Member can purchase optional coverage and have premiums run through payroll
  • Pre-paid Legal Services: Team Member can purchase pre-paid legal services and have payments run through payroll
  • Supplemental Voluntary Term Life and AD&D: Team member can purchase additional Life insurance coverage for themselves and/or spouse & children.
  • Tax Deferred Premiums: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA & Aflac
