Online Banking and Mobile Banking Upgrade.

We’re updating our Online Banking and Mobile Banking experiences to provide our members with easier navigation and some new features we believe you will really enjoy. Online Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable from 11:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18th until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19th. Once the upgrade is completed, members using the Mobile Banking app will be prompted to update the app before proceeding and will need to re-enable their biometrics (finger print or face recognition).

Here’s a quick look at what you can expect:

Online Banking:

  • The “Account” screen will have two ways you can view your account information—either as a list or as boxes.

  • As a security enhancement, you may be prompted for a one-time Personal Identification Number (PIN) if an unfamiliar device attempts to login to Online Banking. For instance, if you sign on to Online Banking using a public computer or from a new browser, it will text or email you a one-time PIN to use.
  • Text alerts are now an option under the “Message & Alerts” section. Members can set alerts for the following options:
    • When you receive a secure message from us
    • Change in contact information on the account
    • Login credential change
    • Anytime someone logs into your Online or Mobile Banking account(s)
    • Balance summary alerts (provided daily)
    • Balance alert whenever the balance changes between a certain amount (new deposit or low balance)
    • Transaction size alert
    • Balance change alert (for any reason)

Mobile Banking:

  • Security Enhancement: Members may be prompted for a one-time PIN if an unfamiliar device attempts to login to Mobile Banking.
  • Push notification alerts are now an option for the Mobile app. Push notifications can be selected for these alert types:
    • When you receive a secure message from us
    • Change in contact information on the account
    • Login credential change
    • Anytime someone logs into your Online or Mobile Banking account(s)
    • Balance summary alerts (provided daily)
    • Balance alert whenever the balance changes between a certain amount (new deposit or low balance)
    • Transaction size alert
    • Balance change alert (for any reason)
