Plaid Error w/Online & Mobile Banking:

We are experiencing connectivity errors with the Plaid through our Online Banking & Mobile App.

Plaid users: Plaid is a third-party aggregator and they have not updated their data to include our upgraded Online/Mobile interface information. We are continually working with Plaid to resolve this issue.

Temporary Solution: You may connect your account manually within Plaid using the ACH option until our connection with Plaid is resolved. You will need the Innovations Routing Number (263281556) and your account number (available once you have successfully logged into your account) to manually connect your Innovations account.
