Scam Fraud Alert Notice

We’ve become aware of a scam where fraudsters are contacting members via text messages or phone calls in an attempt to obtain your personal information such as your Online Banking or Mobile Banking login information or other similar information such as authentication security codes. These phone calls and text messages are scams.

Innovations will never call, email or text you and ask for:

• Online Banking logins or passwords
• Social Security Numbers
• Security Codes or PIN codes
• Credit Card or debit card numbers
• Confirmation numbers sent via text

If you receive a phone call from someone saying they represent Innovations asking for detailed personal information, please hang up and report it to us immediately.
