If your vehicle was totaled during Hurricane Michael and you have your auto loan with Innovations, we want to help you get back in the driver’s seat as quickly as possible.

Innovations wants to help you put in the necessary claims and adjustments to simplify the process for you as much as possible.

  • If your vehicle was damaged or totaled and you have GAP insurance please call this number: 1.888.857.2012.
  • If you had a lapse in your private insurance and your vehicle was totaled and you need to contact your CPI provider please call: 1.855.962.5246.
  • If your vehicle is totaled, and you don’t know what to do next, your first step is to contact our Call Center, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at this number: 1.888.313.7837.

Please be ready to give them a current phone number, alternate phone number if necessary, and an email address.

The Call Center will gather this information to provide it to Innovations representatives who specialize in this type of claim.

The Innovations representative will then contact you to work with you personally on your claims and your loan. We will do the work for you. We just need you to provide us with the information.
