We’re Honored

We’re so excited to be #16 on American Banker’s Best Credit Unions to work for list for 2023!

Seventy credit unions were honored this year, spanning across the U.S. and ranging in size from as small as 22 employees to as large as 3,258 team members.

Our culture is built on collaboration, mutual respect, and a shared passion for our community’s financial well-being.”

Those that made the list were selected through two different surveys with the help of Best Companies Group. The first survey examined employee satisfaction and covered eight areas, including leadership and planning, corporate culture and communication and overall engagement. The second survey evaluated the benefits and policies of each credit union, including education and employee appreciation events.

Two of the perks highlighted for Innovations were our infamous costume contests and our tuition reimbursement benefit, which encourages team members to take advantage of continued education.
