Member Feedback with Feefo

We want every experience to exceed your expectations

Our mission statement is to “Always provide service that exceeds our members’ expectations through each stage of their lives.” And the only way we’ll know if we’re accomplishing this goal is by receiving feedback on your experience(s) with Innovations.

Introducing Feefo

So, how are we going to start receiving this feedback? The next time you complete a transaction with us—whether in-person, over the phone, when using Online/Mobile/Audio banking, using your Innovations debit or credit card or even when you stop by an ATM—you’ll receive an email survey from a company called Feefo, on our behalf, asking how your experience was.

We’ll use this feedback to assess where opportunities may exist for additional training for our team members to ensure we are indeed providing service that exceeds your expectations.

Don’t worry. We won’t send you a survey every time you have some sort of contact with us. But we do plan to follow up with you every few months to make sure you have plenty of opportunity to provide us with your insights.
